Dan moved to Kimberley in 2018, after relocating to Kimberley with his wife and 3 children in early 2018. Dan managed a real estate office for the first year, then joined a local brokerage and worked in the strata and property management field for the past 4 years, while still actively selling real estate. Prior to that time, he was an active and licensed realtor since 2005, starting his career in the Fraser Valley at a top producing office with over 100 agents. In the first 5 years of his career he received sales awards for being in the top 10 agents for sales volume, and achieved the #1 agent status within his office in 2010.
Coming from a larger urban center, Dan is accustomed to busy markets, competition, and has developed sales techniques and tactics that can assist you in your move.
